1. Introduction and General Provisions
1.1. The ProLiving Friends Club (hereinafter: “the Club”) is operated by ProLiving Hospitality (hereinafter: “the Company”). 1.2. The purpose of the Club is to provide its members with exclusive benefits, discounts, and regular updates regarding stays at the Company’s vacation apartments in Thessaloniki. 1.3. Joining the Club and utilizing its benefits are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
2. Enrollment and Membership
2.1. Membership in the Club is free of charge. 2.2. Enrollment is completed by filling out the registration form on the website, which includes details such as: full name, email address, phone number, birthday month, and wedding anniversary month (optional). 2.3. Upon registration, the member consents to receive offers, updates, and benefits from the Company via Email, WhatsApp, Viber, or SMS. Members may opt-out of the mailing list at any time via the unsubscribe link appearing at the bottom of every message.
3. Club Benefits
Club members will enjoy the following benefits (subject to Section 4 below): 3.1. Fixed Discount: A 7% discount on bookings throughout the year. 3.2. Birthday/Anniversary Discount: A 12% discount on bookings made during the member’s birthday month or wedding anniversary month (as entered during registration). 3.3. Hospitality Service Priority (Subject to Availability):
- Priority for Early Check-in.
- Option for Late Check-out until 12:00 PM (instead of 11:00 AM). 3.4. Luggage Storage: Complimentary luggage storage service during office hours (between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM).
4. Terms and Limitations
4.1. The discounts (7% and 12%) are valid year-round, except for the following periods:
- Official holidays and festive seasons.
- Dates on which major events, conferences, or large trade fairs take place in the city of Thessaloniki. 4.2. Provision of Early Check-in and Late Check-out benefits is strictly subject to apartment availability on the relevant date and is not guaranteed in advance. 4.3. Discounts cannot be combined (no “double discounts”), and Club benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.
5. Privacy and Use of Information
5.1. The information provided during registration will be used for Club management, providing benefits, and marketing communications. 5.2. The Company utilizes the Mailchimp platform for managing distribution lists and newsletters. By registering, the user authorizes the transfer of information for processing within these systems. 5.3. The Company undertakes to protect the privacy of Club members in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. The Company reserves the right to change the Club terms, benefits, or these regulations at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. 6.2. Club membership is personal and non-transferable. 6.3. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
