Welcome to the Family Suite with Balcony, a spacious and elegant 3-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of the VILLA 8 complex – the perfect choice for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and togetherness.

This beautifully designed suite features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple access points to a large balcony, ideal for enjoying fresh air and outdoor relaxation.

The apartment includes three luxurious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed:

• Master bedroom with a plush queen-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower, and direct access to a private balcony.

• Corner bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony.

• Third bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony.

A second full bathroom with toilet and shower serves the apartment, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The suite is equipped with air conditioning and heating in the living room and bedrooms to ensure year-round comfort.

In the kitchen, you’ll find:
Nespresso machine, electric kettle, pressure toaster, oven, induction stove, microwave, plates, glasses, cutlery, pot, and pan – everything you need for meals at home.

Maximum occupancy: 7 guests

• 6 guests in the queen-size beds

• 1 guest on the sofa in the living room (note: the sofa is not a pull-out bed)
