Welcome to the King Suite with Balcony, a bright and elegant 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of the VILLA 8 complex – perfect for couples or a small family looking for comfort and style.

This modern suite features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze. The bedroom offers a luxurious queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, while the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with independent heating and cooling systems in both the bedroom and living room for your year-round comfort.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need:
Nespresso machine, electric kettle, pressure toaster, oven, induction stove, microwave, plates, glasses, cutlery, pot, and pan.

Maximum occupancy: 3 guests

• 2 guests in the queen-size bed

• 1 guest on the living room sofa (Note: the sofa is narrow – only 60 cm deep – and not recommended for an adult.)
