Welcome to ProLiving Hospitality.
Our Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.


1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all direct bookings made with ProLiving Hospitality.
1.2 By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
1.3 ProLiving Hospitality reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


2. Reservations & Payments

2.1 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 To complete a reservation, guests must provide accurate personal details and valid payment information.
2.3 Full payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
2.4 A booking is considered valid and confirmed only after full payment has been received.


3. Check-In & Check-Out

3.1 Standard check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out time is until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
3.3 Guests must follow the check-in instructions provided in their booking confirmation.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 All reservations are final and non-refundable.
4.2 Cancellations or modifications are not permitted after the reservation has been completed.
4.3 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, date changes, no-shows, flight delays, personal reasons, or force majeure events.
4.4 By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.


5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and community rules at all times.
5.2 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly apartments, subject to prior approval.
5.4 Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by guests may result in additional charges.
5.5 Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. ProLiving Hospitality is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.


6. Liability

6.1 ProLiving Hospitality acts as the property manager for short-term rentals and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay.
6.2 ProLiving Hospitality shall not be held liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure, natural disasters, or utility failures.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking and communication purposes.
7.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Greece.
8.2 Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thessaloniki, Greece.
