Do you serve breakfast?
While we don’t serve a buffet breakfast, every apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. You are positioned near the historic Kapani Market for fresh ingredients, or steps away from Thessaloniki’s best bakeries and cafés.
Can we get an official invoice for our company?
Absolutely. We specialize in hosting corporate groups and provide a single, unified invoice for the entire booking. This simplifies your accounting and reimbursement process.
Is there parking available nearby?
You have three options:
- Paid Private Parking (secure garages 1-5 min walk away)*
- Free Public Parking (5-15 min walk, subject to availability)*
- Street Parking (mostly free, check local signs).
*In the city center complexes
How does check-in work?
We offer flexibility. You can use our secure key lock boxes for 24/7 self-check-in (perfect for late arrivals), or arrange for our Complex Manager to greet you personally during the day.
Can we book the entire complex exclusively?
Yes! In most of our complexes, we offer a “Full Buyout” option. We recommend contacting us directly to check availability for exclusive use.
Can we store our luggage?
Yes, luggage storage is available during our team’s on-site working hours (10:00-15:30) . Please coordinate with us in advance.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We can arrange private transfers to pick you up from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) and drop you off directly at our complex.
Do you provide baby amenities?
Yes, we are family-friendly. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request (subject to availability, please book in advance).
